Restaurante Rafa is a true gem for seafood lovers in Madrid. The oysters are incredibly fresh with a perfect ocean flavor, and the scampi and red prawns are absolutely melt-in-your-mouth. Every dish is presented beautifully with great attention to detail. The service is professional and friendly, with staff happy to recommend wines and explain the daily seafood selections. Excellent seafood experience. The food was delicious, we had Grilled Octopus to start, Sea Bass and Monk Fish mains and the Manchego Cheese Cake for dessert. Professional service in a great environment made for a fantastic meal. Dining amongst local Madrileño families was also also a treat.
The food was great, both the seafood as the cooked dishes and the fish. Our waiter was very nice.
Quality food and service, generally the seafood is very nice in Madrid, but Rafa is above most of the seafood restaurants, high standards.
