Can I give this location 6 stars? Not our first stay at a Four Seasons, but absolutely our best! Every staff person we interacted with was kind and helpful. We spent two days without luggage due to a problem at Air France, and the staff were helpful with necessities. Breakfast at Dani each morning was delicious with many choices and truthfully some of the happiest and very helpful staff we have seen in our travels. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable! I will absolutely have to return to Madrid and I will stay here again!

We had an absolutely unforgettable afternoon at the rooftop bar of the Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, thanks to Luis. From the moment we arrived, his service was nothing short of exceptional — attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. Luis created a relaxed yet refined atmosphere and made us feel completely welcome. His recommendations were spot on, and every detail was handled with care. The drinks and overall presentation were top quality — truly 1A. What made the experience even more special was the personal touch and the effortless charm he brought to the service.
