they didn't allow only to be there for drink. then we decided to drink and picoteo we were shocked when paying 5 beers, one tapas plate of vinegar octopus, vinegar shrimp and 3 skewers of gilda this cost 81 € I’m sorry to say this is unfair price !!!
El Doble is definitely in a league of its own with a very local atmosphere and the friendliest staff ever. Come here for an amazing seafood experience accompanied by a glass of champagne or beer from the tap. Make sure you’re early and don’t forget to try the cheese cake.
Wonderful beer. Probably the best I had in Madrid. The food is good but unreasonably expensive. For a small plate of octopus, small plate of shrimps, and 2 beers - +43€ My recommendation: visit el doble, drink beer, eat a tapa.
Very Spanish authentic standing bar with delicious fresh and canned food. Nice Vermouth, beers and tapas :)
One of the best places to have a beer in Madrid. The quality of the oysters and the shrimp is outstanding but not inexpensive. Great starting place for a quick pit stop.
